We do not have any minimum order value criteria. But there would be shipping charges additional with each order below INR3000. RETURNS

If you have received damaged and/or missing items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at +91-6394424557 (call / whatsapp), or you can e-mail support@beadskart.com. Please have your invoice and item numbers available so that we may review the order with you.

We accept returns on merchandise if the following applies:

• *Items are in original packaging or stringing
• *In full quantity ordered
• *Within 15 Days of receiving
• *Any shipping discounts received on the original order will not be credited in a return.

TAX INFORMATION

• * Current GST applicable on all products shall be 3 percent additionally.
• * Out of India taxes needs to be managed and paid by the client.

• * We are proud of our 92% fill rate on orders. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, some items may be temporarily out of stock

CREDIT ON FILE

Occasionally when an order is returned you will end up with a credit on file with us. If you would like a refund instead simply let us know and we will issue you a refund immediately. Credits will be applied to your next order. Please let us know if you have a credit on file with us.
